My recent stay at the Courtyard Indianapolis Northwest was a mixed bag, but there were some redeeming qualities worth noting for business travelers. The business center was functional, providing everything I needed to stay productive while away from Rome. I especially appreciated the express check-out, which allowed for a swift departure – perfect for someone on a busy schedule. Not all experiences were smooth. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary, which was a letdown for a corporate retreat. I opted for McDonald’s instead, as the hotel’s options felt more like a missed opportunity. the lift was out of service, forcing us to haul our luggage up the stairs, which was inconvenient after a long day of meetings. Still, I must mention Brande, an exceptional staff member who truly uplifted my stay. Her attentiveness and friendliness were standout features. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable, even offering to help with my bags, which was a lovely gesture. While there are certain areas for improvement, if you're looking for a place with solid business facilities and genuine staff, the Courtyard could be a viable option during your travels.
